Our Policy

Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will invoke

a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 50% of the booked services.

Multiple Services Cancellation Policy

If a booking for multiple services is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the salon will charge clients 100% of the service amount. 

No Show Cancellation Policy

As per our policies criteria, and no-shows will result in a charge of 100% of the service amount.

Missed appointments are hard on our staff and leave other guests waiting. Our policies, including our 24 hour cancellation period give us the opportunity to fill missed appointments and offer services to other clients. If you have to cancel within this period, please let us know

as soon as possible.

Late Arrival 

Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will provide the service. If we cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged. We will try our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.

If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and you will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled.

Last-Minute Cancellations Policy

Appointments made within 24 hours may instead be cancelled or modified at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time in order to avoid a charge of 50% of the service amount.

 

Right to Refuse Service Cancellation Policy

The safety of our staff and our clients is our top priority. As such, the salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if we feel that they pose a health or safety risk. This includes but is not limited to lice, skin infections, open wounds, contagious illness (such as a new, continuous cough or a fever), or rude/ obnoxious behaviour.
